Zurich Billing Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zurich Billing services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("ISP") and Zurich Billing.

2. Service License

2.1 Zurich Billing grants ISPs a non-exclusive, non-transferable monthly license to use our billing software platform.

2.2 This license is contingent upon timely payment of monthly service fees.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Monthly fees are due in advance on the billing cycle date.

3.2 If payment is not received within 25 days of the due date:

• The account will be suspended
• All connected users will lose access to services
• A late fee of 5% per month will be applied

3.3 After 3 consecutive months of non-payment:

• The account and all associated data will be permanently erased
• Reactivation requires full re-registration and payment of all outstanding balances

4. Service Suspension

4.1 Zurich Billing reserves the right to suspend services immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

5. Data Responsibility

5.1 ISPs are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their user data.

5.2 Zurich Billing is not liable for data loss due to account suspension or termination.

6. Modifications

Zurich Billing may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
